We are a holistic wellness center dedicated to energy healing, balance, and overall well-being. We are seeking a warm, dependable, and compassionate individual to join our team and support our clients in a calm, welcoming environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and aligned with holistic and alternative wellness practices. The Client Experience Associate is often the first point of contact and plays an important role in creating a peaceful and supportive experience for every client.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking in clients with professionalism and care
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Maintaining a clean, serene, and organized space
- Supporting daily operations to ensure a smooth client experience
Qualifications:
- Must understand holistic wellness, spirituality, and energy healing!
- Calm, positive, and reliable demeanor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a quiet, professional setting
Position details:
- Weekend position (Saturday & Sunday, 9:45AM-6:15PM)
