Job description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team in Clackamas, OR. This role supports day-to-day office operations and requires someone who can stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly across teams.

Job duties include:
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Use SAP to manage records, track information, and support operational needs
- Create and update spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
- Assist with scheduling, emails, and internal communications
- Support office staff and management with daily tasks and reporting
Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience using SAP is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
