Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Handle email correspondence, inbox management, and follow-up tasks.
Client & CRM Management
- Update, maintain, and organize client information using company CRM systems.
- Track leads, update sales pipelines, and assist with follow-up communication.
- Generate CRM reports and ensure data accuracy at all times.
Operations & Project Support
- Assist with project coordination, task tracking, and deadline management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress updates for internal teams.
- Help streamline workflows and maintain organized digital filing systems.
Communication & Liaison
- Act as a point of contact between clients, staff, and external partners.
- Draft professional communications, meeting minutes, and summaries.
- Support US-based stakeholders with business-hour alignment where required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Advantageous: Prior work supporting US-based companies or clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote working environment.
