We're Hiring: Short-Term Rental Virtual Assistant | Remote
Are you organised, guest-focused, and experienced in the short-term rental space? We're looking for a proactive STR Virtual Assistant to join our growing team and help us deliver 5-star guest experiences across our portfolio
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing guest communications across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and more
- Coordinating bookings, calendars, and preventing double bookings
- Liaising with cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
- Optimising listings, photos, and descriptions across platforms
- Monitoring pricing tools and tracking occupancy performance
- Handling general administrative and STR support tasks
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in short-term rental management or hospitality
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Familiarity with platforms like Airbnb, Guesty, Hostaway, or similar
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Availability to respond to guest messages in a timely manner
