Position Details

Role: Bilingual Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-time
Salary: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: 4 – 4.5 days per week (rotating Saturdays)

Lake Alfred Animal Hospital is looking for a compassionate, organized Bilingual Veterinary Receptionist to join our front desk team. As the first friendly face our clients see and the reassuring voice they hear on the phone, you’ll play an essential role in creating an exceptional experience for every family who visits our hospital.

What You’ll Do
  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer multiple phone lines and provide outstanding customer service
  • Schedule appointments and help coordinate an efficient daily workflow
  • Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient records
  • Process invoices and collect payments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Communicate clearly with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients
  • Collaborate with doctors and teammates to provide an exceptional client experience

  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required
  • Previous customer service experience; veterinary reception experience is a plus
