Veterinary Receptionist – Hiring Immediately
Ross Animal Hospital & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced, professional, and dependable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team in Covington, Georgia. We are looking for a mature individual with strong leadership and communication skills who is interested in building a long-term career with our practice.

Important Requirements
Only candidates with a minimum of 2 years of front desk/reception experience in a veterinary hospital will be considered.
This is not an entry-level position. Experience in a veterinary hospital environment is required.

- Live within 20 miles of Covington, GA
- Have at least 2 years of veterinary hospital reception experience

Position Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Check clients and patients in and out
- Process invoices and payments
- Handle billing and financial transactions
- Prepare and organize daily hospital activities
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Promote hospital services, specials, and wellness programs
- Assist with basic marketing initiatives
- Support and motivate team members when needed
- Maintain a positive and professional front office environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with V-Tech veterinary software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Friendly, confident, and personable demeanor
Schedule
Full-Time Position
- Monday: 6:45 AM – 5:30 PM
- Tuesday: 6:45 AM – 5:30 PM
- Wednesday: 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM
- Thursday: 6:45 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 6:45 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation
Compensation is based on the applicant’s years of veterinary hospital reception experience and qualifications.
