Veterinary Receptionist/Customer Service Representatve Jobs in Brooklyn Park at Brookdale Animal Hospital
Brookdale Animal Hospital’s veterinary team is committed to offering our patients the best care possible. To ensure the best care for our patients we rely on our very knowledgeable and dedicated veterinary team. We are currently looking for the right individual that will share in our mission who is willing to grow with our team. Priority will be given to candidates with previous veterinary experience however we are more than willing to train the right candidate. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Processing payments and discharging patients from hospital
- Stocking, cleaning, sanitizing exam rooms, surgery and kennel room as needed
- Assisting the veterinarians and veterinary technicians during appointments, treatments and surgery if needed
- Client education
Physical Abilities
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance
- Stand, bend and squat repetitively during a 8-10 hr shift
- Be able to work on a computer for an extended period of time.
- Be around cats and dogs, pet hair, loud noises and cleaning products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
