The Role: A Specialized Approach to Service
To provide "Red Carpet" service, our team needs the mental space to focus. We utilize a unique split CCS workflow, rotating between Admin and Lobby roles:
- Lobby Rotation: Dedicated time to truly get to know our clients and their pets face-to-face, managing the flow of the hospital in a Fear Free way without phone interruptions.
- Admin Rotation: Focused time to handle multiple phone lines, medical records, and client communications with precision.
What You Bring (Requirements):
- Experience: At least 1 year of Veterinary experience is required. You should be comfortable with veterinary terminology and the flow of a busy animal hospital.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills are a must.
- Organization: The ability to handle a high-volume multi-line phone system with a "can-do" attitude.

- Location: You live in or are willing to reliably commute to Southwest Austin (near Hays County).
