Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-time
Salary: $16.00–$18.00 per hour
Schedule: 4-day work week with rotating Saturday shifts; no nights, on-call shifts, or holiday hours

We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our front desk team. As the face of our practice, you’ll play an important role in supporting our clients, patients, and hospital team while helping create exceptional experiences for every pet and person who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple phone lines and assist clients professionally and efficiently
- Schedule appointments and coordinate daily appointment flow
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Check clients in and out for appointments
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and comfortable for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction
- Support hospital operations and communication between clients and the veterinary team
