Two doctor canine/feline practice seeks a receptionist to join our team. We are located in Brentwood, TN and serve a caring clientele from affluent Williamson County and surrounding area. We’re looking for a compassionate person with excellent customer service skills who enjoys building relationships with clients. A caring attitude for dogs and cats is a must. Brief handling of animals can be part of the job. Responsibilities include reception, checking in patients, client check out and payment, scheduling appointments by phone, maintaining hard copy and computer records. Mastery of office software is required for daily duties.
