Duties
- Greet clients warmly and handle all front desk responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and manage client records efficiently using veterinary management software
- Collect payments, process medical billing, and handle financial transactions accurately
- Facilitate communication between clients and veterinary staff regarding pet care instructions, medication schedules, and follow-up appointments
Requirements
- Prior experience in veterinary reception or a related pet care environment is highly preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology, animal anatomy, and critical care procedures enhances your effectiveness in this role
- Strong skills in medical collection processes and laboratory experience are desirable
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey pet care instructions and facilitate team collaboration
