Front Office Receptionist – Veterinary Clinic (Full or Part-Time)
Location: South Forsyth Animal Hospital – Cumming, GA
South Forsyth Animal Hospital is a privately owned, small-animal practice located on Old Alpharetta Road in Cumming, Georgia. Our dedicated four-doctor team is committed to providing high-quality medical care for canine and feline patients in a supportive, welcoming environment.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and compassionate Front Office Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital to our mission, as you will be the first point of contact for our clients and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain client records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide exceptional client service, even in fast-paced or stressful situations
- Work collaboratively with doctors, technicians, and support staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking ability and grace under pressure
- Customer service experience required; veterinary or medical office experience preferred but not mandatory
- Integrity, reliability, and a genuine love for animals. Value the bond between pets and their owners.
- Computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft office and the ability to learn new practice management software.
- Willingness to learn and grow with our team
- Availability to work some Saturdays (hospital open half-day on Saturdays)
