Overview
Part-time Veterinary Receptionist position open for an organized, outgoing, multitasker at our busy hospital. Experience in the Veterinary field preferred. Saturdays are required.

Duties
– Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
– Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic’s calendar
– Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients
– Assist with billing and processing payments
– Maintain accurate records of patient information
– Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarian, and other staff members
– Keep the reception area and exam rooms clean and organized
Experience preferred but not required
Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
Clinic hours are: Mon, Tues, Fri 8:00 – 5:00
Wed 8:30 – 12:30
Thurs 8:30 – 5:00
Sat 9:00-12:00
We are closed for lunch 12:30-2:00

COVID vaccination is required to be employed at this hospital.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
