Murray Animal Hospital is seeking a full time veterinary receptionist to join our growing practice located in the central Salt Lake Valley. Murray Animal Hospital offers a fast-paced environment, quality medical care, and we are looking for someone who will provide an exceptional experience to our clientele.
The primary responsibilities of this position will include greeting all incoming clients, data entry, answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, managing patient medical records, client correspondence, invoicing and collecting payments, use of a veterinary software system to manage patient and client records, and providing a consistent and dependable experience for all clients.
We are open Monday-Thursday 7am-6pm, Friday 7am-9pm, Saturday 8am-9pm, Sunday 9am-9pm. Shifts will be reflective of those hours and will include at least one weekend shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
