Veterinary Receptionist
Primary Responsibilities
- Full time employment of 38-42 hours per week as a veterinary receptionist.
- Duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking out customers, filling prescription medications, and helping keep the hospital clean and organized.
- Showing clients what differentiates us from other practices to ensure they value the quality care we provide.
Qualifications
- At least three years of prior veterinary receptionist experience required.
- Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative.
- Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Can commit to working 2 (Two) Saturday mornings per month.
