Duties
- Greet clients warmly and efficiently check in and out pets for appointments, surgeries, or boarding stays
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar to optimize workflow
- Collect payments, process medical billing, and handle insurance documentation with accuracy
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information on services, appointments, and pet care advice
- Previous experience in veterinary reception or administrative roles is required; enthusiasm for animal care is essential
