Greenock Farm Veterinary Hospital is seeking an addition to our Client Care team. We are looking for an individual with prior experience who enjoys interacting with both patients and clients. We are looking for an individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist is preferred
- A genuine love for animals and a desire to interact with both patients and clients.
- Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly and compassionate demeanor.
- Proven multitasking skills to handle a fast-paced environment.
- A can-do attitude with an unwavering commitment to maintaining a positive atmosphere.·
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Job Description:
- Welcoming and checking in patients and their owners.
- Updating and maintaining accurate records and owner information as needed.
- Assisting in scheduling appointments to ensure our patients receive timely care.
- Processing payment transactions to keep things running seamlessly.
- Properly Prepare Prescriptions
- Confirm appointments in advance ensuring clients receive accurate information about preparing their pet for the appointment.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
