We are a fast-paced veterinary practice seeking a responsible customer service representative. Candidates should have a passion for pets, be outgoing, have strong clerical and communication skills, and be comfortable working with computers/standard office equipment. Other desirable qualities include:
> Prior experience in a veterinary clinic and customer service.
> Prior experience with veterinary practice management systems such as Avimark.
> Familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures.
> Strong verbal and written communication skills.
> Excellent telephone presence and customer service skills.
> Ability to multi-task.
> Ability to lift 35-40 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
