Veterinary Receptionist Jobs in Lancaster, CA at North Valley Veterinary Center
Looking for a happy, compassionate, motivated veterinary receptionist to enhance our team!
Minimum of 1 year paid veterinary reception experience required.
Shifts will include weekends and/or evenings and that availability is a must. Only applicants with this availability will be considered and will be verified before you are offered an interview.

Emergency hospital experience a plus!

Excellent communication skills.
Excellent problem solving ability and work ethic- we must be very reliable in this field to serve our patients and their families.
Be able to approach sensitive topics such as euthanasia and end of life planning with empathy, maturity and grace.
Duties and functions will include but are not limited to: Greeting clients, answering phones, checking in/out pets for exams, procedures, vaccines, etc. Must have a good grasp of veterinary terminology, some pharmacology knowledge and adapt well in a fast paced environment. Must also be open to learning new systems, following protocol and willing to impart and receive knowledge positively to and from other staff.
Experience with Cornerstone a plus!

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
