Responsibilities:
We are seeking a candidate who has previous veterinary experience and possesses the desire to become cross-trained as a veterinary assistant and receptionist.
Veterinary Receptionist responsibilities include: answering the phones, providing great
client communication, patient appointment scheduling, handling emails and faxes,
entering data into practice software, handling payments and HR work, maintaining
cleanliness of waiting room, understanding/communicating medical terminology
(procedures, products, protocols), preparing medical forms, and being involved with
various situations where you will interact with pets and clients.
