We are a full-service community-based animal hospital located in Pensacola, Fl. Our Doctor and staff are dedicated to providing veterinary services throughout every stage of your beloved pet’s life. We are currently looking for a Vet Receptionist to join our staff!
Vet Receptionist Requirements:
- Must be able to work (7:20am-5:30pm) 4 weekdays and some Saturday
- Must be able to work occasional Kennel Duty on weekends
- Must show up to work on time
- Must complete all duties before leaving
- Must have a driven, positive & energetic attitude
Vet Receptionist Qualification:
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1-2 years of experience as a Vet Receptionist
- Experience with scheduling appointments
- Experience with answering phones
- Experience with Avimark is a plus
- Experience with customer service.
- Experience anywhere else in office is a plus.
