Job Description
Job Duck is seeking a personal executive assistant to support a dynamic and mission‑driven environment. This role offers high‑level support, ensuring organized operations and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Managing and updating CRM records in Clio
- Assisting with client communication through Ring Central and Gmail
- Maintaining confidentiality in all written and verbal communication
- Communicating with clients and managing follow‑ups
- Organizing files, tasks, and documentation
- Supporting immigration‑related processes when needed
- Prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion
- Assisting with various administrative duties based on evolving needs
- Preparing and organizing client information and materials
- Providing executive‑level support with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- Experience in immigration law is a plus
- At least 1 year in an executive assistant role
- Proficiency in Clio, Ring Central, Gmail; preferred Clio experience
- Experience with immigration processes is appreciated
- Ability to work with minimal training
- Comfortable interacting with clients and managing follow‑ups
- Proficient in organizing files, tasks, and documentation
Compensation
Monthly compensation range: $1,060 to $1,150 USD.
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST/PDT (remote; Pacific Standard Time).
Languages
English (required), Spanish (preferred).
