Coco Day Spa is a beloved local retreat in Brewster, NY, and we’re looking for a friendly, dependable Spa Attendant to join our team right away.
This is a front-of-house role. You’ll be the first face guests see, setting the tone for their entire experience. If you’re organized, personable, and thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment, we want to hear from you. This is a paid position that offers an opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality and wellness industry.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests
- Managing appointment schedule of employees
- Process payments and ring up services
- Answer phones and manage appointments
- Keep the reception area clean and stocked
- Assist with day-to-day spa operations
- Support staff as needed throughout shifts
- Assist guests with their needs, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their comfort during their visit
- Uphold health and safety regulations to create a safe space for both guests and staff
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional demeanor
- Punctual and dependable
- **Must be available for weekend shifts**
- Comfortable with a POS/register system
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Prior customer service experience a plus
- Spa or salon experience a bonus

Starting salary $20/hr. Can increase after candidate is fully trained.
