Oconee County’s premier veterinary and animal care facility is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our after hours Urgent Care administration team. We are a full-service, fast-paced, growth-oriented general practice for companion and exotic animals. The goal of this position is to provide our clients with superior service. We are looking for someone hardworking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is friendly, and is a forward thinker.

As a Customer Service Representative you will:

  • Initiate, receive, and respond to internal and external communications via email, phone, messaging apps, and face-to-face
  • Manage customer requests
  • Schedule Appointments
  • Manage and update client accounts
  • Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
  • Perform general administration tasks
  • Support other departments

Position Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A warm, approachable manner and very upbeat personality
  • At least some experience in a customer service position
  • At least some experience with computer
  • Must be able to comprehend, speak, read and write English
