Job Summary
We’re growing and we need help with our frond desk. We are seeking friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The position is an evening position. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome members upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for all members
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and maintaining cash drawers.
- Provide information about gym amenities and services
- Upsell additional services or products to guests, maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and throughout the gym
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guest needs.
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling calls professionally and courteously.
