Unit Clerk Responsibilities:

• 
  Medical Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for residents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

• 
  Communication: Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers, residents, and families, providing clear and concise communication

• 
  Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and insurance verification

• 
  Unit Operations: Support unit operations by preparing and distributing medical supplies, equipment, and records

• 
  Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes

Unit Clerk Requirements:

• Prior experience preferred

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records systems

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
