Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sub-rosa Typist to support investigative operations by typing, revising, formatting, and proofreading legal and investigative reports. The ideal candidate will have recent experience preparing reports and typing.
Job Location and Schedule
We have two office locations; Tustin and Riverside, CA. Position is a full-time non-exempt, Monday – Friday from 8 am to 5pm.

Responsibilities
· Type, revise, and format investigative reports, correspondence, and forms.
· Proofread documents for accuracy, completeness, grammar, spelling, and formatting.
· File, retrieve, and organize reports and related documentation.
· Use Google Workspace, Microsoft Word and Excel for daily administrative functions.
· Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Typing experience is required.
· Typing speed of at least 40 WPM required with 95% accuracy.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
· Experience with Google Workspace.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
· Excellent proofreading, grammar, organization, and time-management skills.
· Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
