Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily property management and tenant support activities
• Perform building inspections and maintenance request monitoring
• Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs documentation
• Review and maintain lease information and compliance
• Support budgeting and financial reporting tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in property management
• Knowledge of property accounting and contract administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
