Your Impact
As the Travel Coordinator, you will ensure seamless, cost-effective travel and housing operations across the region—supporting project readiness, logistical efficiency, and compliant administrative processes that empower our teams to execute with speed and precision.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Serve as backup to the Regional Administrative Manager.
- Coordinate and book travel, lodging, and transportation for regional employees.
- Negotiate lodging, housing, and extended-stay agreements for new project sites.
- Collect, organize, and maintain housing agreements and related documentation.
- Track travel and lodging expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support regional payroll and expense administration.
- Maintain organized records of travel contracts, agreements, and regional documentation.
- Assist with onboarding administrative requirements for new project sites.
- Prepare reports related to travel, housing, and administrative functions.
- Communicate with employees regarding travel arrangements and logistics.
- Assist with internal audits and compliance reviews related to travel and expenses.
- Provide travel and lodging booking support to other regions as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative, travel coordination, or project support experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple travel and lodging arrangements.
- Experience negotiating contracts or vendor agreements (preferred).
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel/expense management systems.
- Strong communication and customer‑service mindset.
Education/Certifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
