Responsibilities
-Trainer Support:
Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all trainer-related queries, providing prompt and effective assistance for any session related concerns.
-Session Management:
Regularly update stakeholders on the status of training sessions, including any changes to schedules or other relevant details.
-Internal Coordination:
Act as a liaison between trainers and internal teams to ensure all session-related needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
-Administrative Tasks:
Maintain detailed records of trainer interactions and the status of training sessions to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of training materials and schedules as needed.
Requirements:
-Good communication (written/verbal)
-Basic Excel knowledge (Pivot, Vlookup, filter etc)
-Proactive approach and Willingness to learn
