Fiesta Asia Travel is expanding its Vietnam operations and is looking for experienced Tour Coordinators to join our growing team in Ho Chi Minh City (6 open positions).
Role Overview
As a Tour Coordinator – Operations, you will manage end-to-end B2B tour operations, ensuring smooth execution of FITs, GITs, series tours, and incentive groups for our international travel partners.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate complete tour operations including hotels, transportation, sightseeing, guides, and special services
Liaise with hotels, transport providers, guides, and local vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery
Act as the main point of contact for international B2B partners during tour execution
Handle last-minute changes, guest support, and on-tour troubleshooting
Prepare vouchers, rooming lists, guide notes, and operational reports
Ensure adherence to SOPs, service standards, and cost controls
Requirements
2–5 years of experience with a B2B DMC or tour operator
Proven experience in Vietnam inbound tour operations
Strong destination knowledge of Vietnam
Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
Strong coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and tour management systems
Degree/Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in Vietnam
