- Handle flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, and amendments.
- Issue domestic and international airline tickets.
- Process ticket reissues, refunds, and fare recalculations.
- Provide accurate fare information and travel options.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners regarding bookings and special requests.
- Ensure compliance with airline rules, company policies, and travel regulations.
- Assist with visa information, baggage policies, and travel requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions.
- Handle inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve ticketing-related issues and provide timely solutions.
- Reconcile the daily ticketing report.
- Liaise with the offshore rotation schedules and crew teams.
- Engage in hotel booking and required reservations.
- Liaising with the other department heads for the recruitment of deck and engine officers.
- Maintaining crew lists of current manning with respect to each vessel.
- Providing immediate medical assistance to the shipboard personnel.
- Maintaining personal, medical, and training records and certification details of all personnel.
- Keeping all personnel files up-to-date. Maintaining a computerized database that contains key personal data and assignment history of all personnel.
- Resolving employment disputes with seafarers and their representatives and ensuring smooth completion of the same.
- Ensure effective day-to-day crew operation and crewing support based on quality for each vessel and seafarer. At the same time, you focus on facilitating a good working environment and personal interaction between ship and shore.
- Give support to ensure overall control that all officers and ratings have the required qualifications, certificates, visas, and documentation as per flag state, STCW, and company statutory requirements, regulations, and procedures.
- Participate in the selection of manning agencies, training centres, and crewing department suppliers.
- Provide day-to-day liaison and support to crew, including payroll queries.
- Manage No Shows and Replacements.
- Manage crew changes, including arranging visas, travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Willing to relocate and sail with vessels – if required-
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education certification.
Experience: 6 years of related experience, exposure, and training certification in similar functions.
Skills:

- Willingness to work outside office hours.
- Strong computer skills and good numerical skills.

- fluent in both written and spoken English.

- Sound knowledge of the offshore oil and gas labor market.
