Job Summary: Under the direction of the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent, will act as Public Records Processor for the District under the Washington State Public Records Act.
Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description.

Salary Range: $76,378-$82,888 for 2024-25 with anticipated increase effective September 1, 2025

Work Year: 8.00 hours/day, 5 days/week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 12 months/year.

Qualifications:
AA degree or equivalent is required.
A minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in an office setting.
Paralegal experience desired.
Willingness to become a Certified Public Records Officer within 12 months of hire.
Ability to meet the qualifications as listed on the job description for this position.
