We are seeking a highly organized and proactive temporary Executive Assistant to provide support to c-suite leadership in a fast-paced environment for a 3-4 month contract. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily executive support functions, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and logistical coordination
  • Provide both onsite and virtual administrative support, including meeting coordination and travel arrangements
  • Process HR-related invoicing, including coding, expense reports, tracking, and final approval coordination
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion
  • Assist with reporting and administrative tasks, including Excel-based tracking and data analysis

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of Executive Assistant experience with C-Suite
  • Experience with expense reporting, calendar management, and travel coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
