Plastic + Hand Surgical Associates is a leading reconstructive, hand and cosmetic surgery physician practice. Our day surgery center is fully accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). We provide patients with individualized care in a comfortable, private setting.
We have a full-time (40 hours per) opening for a Telephone Receptionist to join our team. The responsibilities include:
- Greet patients warmly by answering calls and directing them throughout the practice
- Take messages and communicate with staff
- Manage and send anesthesia reports for processing
- Scan medical documents to EMR
- Send out appointment reminder calls
- Cross cover team members for lunches and absences
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Other duties as assigned
The successful candidate will be a team player with the ability to multitask. Previous experience demonstrating excellent customer service skills required. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality also required.
