Team Member-Front of House Jobs in Bolingbrook at The Picklr Bolingbrook

Responsibilities:

  • Handles check in process at the Front Desk
  • Answers incoming phone calls
  • Understands and able to explain all membership offerings and ways to play at The Picklr
  • Understands and is able to run all core programs at The Picklr
  • Utilize all club software programs (Playbypoint, Aircall, Hubspot, Wingfield, SWISH, etc.)
  • Provides excellent customer service
  • Assists with club cleaning and maintenance
  • Complete assigned Trainings on time

Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively and clearly explain memberships and programming offerings at The Picklr
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Ability to organize, create, and run program calendars and schedules
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient with basic computer software (Word, Sheets, Excel, etc.)
  • Proficient with basic club software (PlaybyPoint, SWISH, Delightree)
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Preferred sales experience and customer service experience of 1-2 years
  • Preferred knowledge of pickleball community and gameplay

Required Certifications:

  • First Aid Certification, AED, and CPR Certification

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
