The Talent & Scheduling Coordinator is a critical, multi-faceted role responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring optimal client-caregiver scheduling, and managing the recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding process for field staff. This position is vital for maintaining high standards of care delivery, regulatory compliance, and overall agency efficiency.

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in a healthcare setting, specifically within a home health, home care with direct experience in scheduling and/or recruiting.

- Attributes: Must be highly professional, patient, empathetic, and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
