Overview
Studio Coordinator & Community Liaison Jobs in Frisco at 7 Notes LLC
About 7 Notes Music School
7 Notes is a boutique music school built around a simple belief: every student deserves excellent, intentional music education. We’re a close-knit team led by a hands-on Director who cares deeply about every family that walks through our doors. Our studio is warm, our community is loyal, and we’re growing — which is exactly why we’re looking for someone special to join us.
The Role
This is not a passive front desk position. You’ll be the first face families see, the voice they hear when they call, and the person who keeps the day-to-day humming smoothly while our Director is in sessions. You’ll own our front-of-house experience — from greeting students to following up with prospective families to keeping schedules organized and communication flowing.
The right person is proactive, personable, and takes genuine pride in making people feel welcome. You don’t wait to be told what needs doing — you notice it and handle it.
We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us — this role is built for a person who values stability, takes ownership, and wants to be a true part of what we’re building here.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome students and families with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and follow up with prospective students
- Manage scheduling, enrollment updates, and calendar coordination
- Make outreach calls for enrollment, event reminders, and re-engagement
- Support the Director with administrative tasks, communications, and day-to-day operations
- Help coordinate studio events, recitals, and seasonal promotions
- Keep the front desk organized, stocked, and running smoothly
- Act as the communication bridge between families, teachers, and the Director
What We’re Looking For
- Genuinely warm, confident communicator — on the phone and in person
- Organized and reliable; you follow through without being reminded
- Comfortable with outreach calls — you’re not afraid to pick up the phone
- Calm under a busy schedule; you can juggle multiple things without losing the details
- Tech-comfortable: email, scheduling software, basic admin tools
- Passion for or experience in music, arts, or education is a genuine plus
- Prior experience in customer service, reception, or studio/school administration preferred
What You Can Expect From Us
- A tight-knit, supportive team that values your contribution
- Thorough onboarding and training — we set you up to succeed
- A stable, consistent schedule that respects your time
- A creative, music-filled environment that’s genuinely enjoyable to work in
- Room to grow your responsibilities as you settle in and shine
