Position Details:
This direct hire role is part time, on call, and performs work in the M Store on the campus of Maryville University. Hours will range within 8:00AM- 6:00PM and available to work rotational weekends. Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time. Lifting up to 55lbs and a valid driver’s license is needed. We handle all incoming package deliveries for the University Faculty and Students.
Hourly Compensation: $15.00-17.00 USD per hour

Responsibilities:
The Copy/Mail Team Member will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude, in addition to:
- Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Shipping & Receiving/Ordering supplies
- Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines as well as all safety procedures
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
The Copy/Mail Team Member will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, is effectively able to work independently and in a team environment, in addition to:
- Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) – College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
- Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
