Develop software and tools and analyzes next-generation high-throughput sequencing experiments and applications, such as: variant calling including SNP detection, indels, structural validation profiling and methylation studies. Work with the bioinformatics, software engineering, sequencing and product development teams, and collaborators and customers. Analyze sequencing data, designs analysis strategies, tools and algorithms, and develops, maintains, and operates analysis pipelines. Member of team responsible for the development and implementation of Variant Calling.
