Our organization is looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and office administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and performing other related duties as assigned. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports for multiple businesses.
- Analyze financial data and provide accurate and timely financial information to management of the assigned clients.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare journal entries for the assigned clients.
- Prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Maintain accounting records and files for the assigned clients.
- Perform office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
