- Oversee daily office/administrative operations — ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day: manage office processes, coordinate schedules, monitor day-to-day work flow.
- Lead and manage admin staff — supervise administrative personnel (secretaries, clerks, assistants, etc.), handle recruitment & hiring for admin roles, organize onboarding/training, monitor performance and delegate tasks.
- Develop and maintain admin procedures, policies and systems — design, implement and routinely review administrative policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), record-keeping systems to ensure efficiency, consistency and compliance.
- Manage resources, supplies and facilities — oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensure the office infrastructure (furniture, equipment, maintenance, utilities, workspace) is maintained and functional.
- Budgeting and cost control for admin operations — manage or help prepare budgets for admin-related expenses (supplies, maintenance, office management), monitor spending and propose cost-saving or efficiency measures.
- Record-keeping, documentation & compliance — maintain files, records, documents; ensure data protection, legal and regulatory compliance (especially if your company must follow labour, safety or other regulations).
- Internal communication, coordination & support — act as a bridge between departments: facilitate communication, coordinate office-wide activities (meetings, events, maintenance), handle correspondence (mail, email, calls).
- Report generation & liaising with senior management — prepare operational reports, update senior management about administrative performance, resource use, issues or needs — act as a point of contact for management regarding admin affairs.

- Experience: 3 to 7 years
- Education: Bachelor in any discipline
