Responsibilities include:
-Providing excellent phone service
– Managing multiple phone lines
– Offering outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging patients, as well as handling patient check-outs and cash transactions
– Balancing accounts daily
– Scheduling and confirming appointments
– Managing the recall system
– Verifying insurance
– Keeping a clean and welcoming waiting area for patients
– Paying close attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
