Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations during the weekdays & weekends. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail or grocery settings, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable handling various administrative tasks. Evenings & Weekends are required. MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ANY DAY & ANY TIME
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the spa, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties.
- Provide information’s to clients about spa services and products.
- Upsell spa services and retail products to clients.
- Process payments using POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with services.
- Handle client complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a receptionist.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Familiarity with technical sales of spa products is an advantage.
