Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Spa Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive. As a vital member of our team, you will help with various functions of the spa and provide exceptional customer service. Your organizational skills and professional demeanor will help create a relaxing environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. This position requires you being on your feet and and constantly moving doing things such as stocking merchandise, helping to guide guests through the spa, helping to keep the spa clean and providing exceptional customer service with a smile. Pay is $18/HR. Full-time and part-time positions available. Prior restaurant or retail experience is great for this position.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive guest experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality preferred.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
