Duties
- Greet guests warmly with check-in/check-out procedures using spa computer systems.
- Manage phone calls, email correspondence, and social media platforms.
- Work closley with owner and staff to place product and supply orders.
- Provide exceptional guest support by addressing questions, concerns, and special requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas.
- Complete additional projects and tasks necessary to build and retain clientele.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in front desk operations or office management within a customer service environment.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document management.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping or personal assistant tasks such as calendar management and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks is desirable.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude; previous experience in hospitality or wellness settings is advantageous.
