Responsibilities
- Greet clients and manage check in and check out
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Process payments
- Maintain cleanliness of the spa including laundry and common areas
- Support daily operations
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable and organized
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Ability to handle a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Prior customer service experience
Compensation
- $17 dollars per hour
