Spa Concierge

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Spa Concierge to join our team. The Spa Concierge will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure a pleasant spa experience for all guests.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus.

**Responsibilities:**

• Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule spa appointments and coordinate service providers’ schedules.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services and availability.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Upsell spa services and products to clients.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow spa policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.
• Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions to clients.
