I’m seeking a highly adaptable, organized, and grounded Personal Assistant to travel with me full-time across the globe. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and is excited by a lifestyle centered around travel, content creation, and unique life experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and book travel (flights, Airbnbs, hotels, transportation, experiences)
  • Help organize day-to-day schedules while traveling
  • Assist with reservations and on-the-go logistics
  • Take photo/video content regularly (mostly iPhone content)
  • Help create simple, aesthetic, real-time content while traveling
  • Be present and ready to jump into content when needed
  • Help keep things organized so travel days run smoothly
  • Stay on top of details so nothing falls through the cracks

Requirements

  • Female, mid–late 20s
  • Able to travel internationally for long periods (months at a time, potentially longer)
  • No major ties that would prevent long-term travel
  • Very organized, reliable, and easy to be around
  • Comfortable being in content and on camera when needed
  • Naturally creative with a good eye for aesthetics (lighting, angles, vibe)
  • Good at spotting trends (social media, travel, lifestyle, content ideas)
  • Proactive — doesn’t wait to be told what to do
  • Chill, grounded energy (no drama, no chaos)
  • Into a spiritual lifestyle
  • Enjoys working out & a healthy lifestyle
  • Flexible with changing plans and fast-paced travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 – $6,000.00 per month
