We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Social Media Manager to join our team. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks as well, including front desk responsibilities, clerical duties, and support for other staff members. Duties

  • Manage company Social Media Accounts to include Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and keeping the content relevant and up-to-date.
  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
  • Answer phone calls and manage phone systems to ensure effective communication within the office.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed.

Skills

  • Experience with Video Editing software, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, ChatGPT, and YouTube.
  • Ability to efficiently gather needed information to create interactive content.
  • Must be trusted to perform job duties unsupervised.
  • Strong experience in front desk operations and customer service.
  • Proficiency in computerized systems for data management and communication.
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a receptionist role.
  • Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to manage calendars effectively and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and effective communication techniques.
