Skilled Nursing Facility Admissions Director Jobs in Englewood, CO at Julia Temple Healthcare Center
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and self-starting individual to join our fast pace Rehab Transitions department as our Admissions Director to drive our census goals, but will train the right individual! We are a skilled nursing facility (SNF) so experience is a plus!
- Review and respond to referrals through multiple sources such as WellSky, Care Port, Aiden, Repisodic, Allscripts, Epic, and Efax.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Verify and submit SNF authorizations and benefits in accordance with in network Managed Care contracts and Medicare guidelines
- Prepare and complete Admission Agreement via OneSpan.
- Maintain and report an accurate record of bed availability.
- Provide a tour of the facility and answer calls for potential admission.
- Perform secretarial duties as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Must be able to work onsite Wednesday through Sunday and availability to work remotely as needed.
Knowledge and skills qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Strong verbal, written and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and work independently as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
- Knowledge of Skilled Nursing home setting
- Knowledge of insurances is preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
